Over a 3 year period, TeKnow subcontracted to British Telecom to provide Oracle expertise for the further development and support of a web based reporting system, which operated on a 3 terabyte data warehouse.

This project mainly involved Oracle versions 7 to 9i , PL/SQL programming and SQL*Loader skills. As well as developing and maintaining reports, TeKnow were required to develop and maintain data warehouse load programs.

Towards the middle of 2003, the system was combined into another "central" system running Oracle 9i. Again TeKnow assisted with the migration and at the time of completing this project, the warehouse was due to be moved offshore to India.
