The Company

TeKnow are based in central Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK. The company was formed in February 1998, initially offering Oracle consulting services, and is now a "one-stop" IT solutions provider.

As a small family-run business, our mission is to provide a personal, no nonsense approach to IT with emphasis on customer service and support. Our aim is to always have our clients' best interests at heart.

The concept is simple, to provide a quality cost effective service capable of addressing any IT related issue. If we don't have the answer, we'll find someone who can free of charge. Why? So you remember us and come back in the future - we see forging links with other companies as beneficial to all parties concerned.

Our Clients

We specialise in IT solutions for small / medium sized enterprises. This does not mean that we are unable to assist larger organisations - in fact TeKnow have worked for companies including Littlewoods, Severn Trent Water, British Telecom and Xansa. Before forming TeKnow Ltd, the founder of the company had worked for IBM and Oracle UK - lessons learned with the giants of IT are now available to your business.

What do TeKnow mean by "one-stop" IT solutions ?

We find constantly that many small businesses don't know who to approach when faced with IT issues. We have a policy of addressing any IT related issue, whether we can assist or not. If we cannot help then we will gladly search for someone who can. TeKnow will not charge you for this service. Why do we do this? Simple - you'll remember us and come back again in the future! We cannot place any guarantee on this service but what have you got to lose?
